Return Policy
Due to the nature of the autograph business, once a signing/event occurs, all sales are final and ALL items are sold 'as is'.
Please note that we carefully handle items, agents and handlers will handle items, the guest will handle the item, it is possible at times that items may have minor wear or light dents from time to time due to handling. Please note we can only guarantee the guest's authentic autograph. All personalization and placement requests are at the discretion of the guest. This includes names, character names, quotes, inscriptions, pen color, and placement of the autograph. We try to accommodate as much as possible, however in the end it is up to the guest.
If there are any cancellations with a guest, we will reach out to you to cancel or work out an arrangement if possible on resigning. While we will try to help in every way possible, there are some situations that are out of our control. Guest take jobs, shoot films, have lives and are never a 100% guarantee.
1. We will contact you once the event is over and provide tracking number back to the address listed on your order/account and associated with your payment.
2. Damaged or lost items not insured will not be replaced or available for refund. We will get the items boxed up and carefully packaged, however once they leave our hands, we can not control any postal or shipping company.
3. Shipping updates. Once we ship the item, we normally have the same information you do. We check the same tracking number you get, we do not have someone on the "inside" who can 'find your package' if your tracking does not update or show any new information.
Late or Non Arrival of mail ins
If your item does not arrive to us on time, your order will be cancelled and refunded minus return shipping cost.
