We use a variety of shipping options to ensure you receive your order in a safe and timely manner.

Track Your Order

  • Login to your GrabTheAutograph.com account.
  • Click Orders
  • Under Status, you will see your order status listed (New, Processing or Shipped)
    • If it says processing, then your item is still in processing. Please be patient and await shipping.
    • If your order says shipped, then you can track your shipment with the tracking information listed.

How do we ship collectible items?
All photos will be shipped in a photo mailer to protect your item. We double box Funko's and take great pride in protecting your items.
Where do you ship to?
We can pretty much ship anywhere in the world. All return shipping is paid by you and you are given multiple options, and are charged actual shipping cost. No markup or handling fees.
Shipping and Delivery Times
We plan to ship everything out within 2 to 3 days after an event is over. For private signings, we will ship once the items are back in our hands or we return from the private signing event.
I have an issue with my order
Autographs signings are unique and often we do not have chances for a 'redo'. We try to protect and get the best autograph for our customers. There are handlers who handle the photos, agents, the celebrity as well as packing and shipping. There is never a perfect situation nor a perfect autograph, so this should be expected and understood when placing your order. However, we will stand by our business and will listen to any issue on a case by case basis. So if you ever have an issue with a product you have received, please contact us with 5 days from the date of delivery. Sometimes we might be able to offer a solution and sometimes we might not be able to.
